Services we provide

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) informed Skills Package

10 weeks block or bespoke individual delivery of Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills to help teens manage emotions and crisis, reducing vulnerability to self-harm and suicidality.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Currently training in Evidence-Based Psychological Treatment for Children and Young People (C&Y IAPT).

Student member of BABCP.

Therapeutic Life Story  Work

Bespoke packages for Adopted or Children In Care, with children/YP between the ages of 5-17.  This is a direct and reflective process in which the child is helped to evaluate and begin to make sense and meaning of their lives.

Parent-Child Attachment Play (PCAP)

Bespoke packages delivered via face to face sessions and telephone follow up support, helps parents to strengthen the relationship between themselves and their children through dedicated weekly play times to reduce emotional and behavioural challenges.

Neurodiversity: Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating

To support specific clients to explore and identify eating and thinking patterns around food, weight, size and shape.

Behaviours such as social isolation during meals, over-stimulation at dining tables, hyperawareness of body, rigidity with eating behaviours, and avoidant/restrictive eating are often seen in those diagnosed with both neurodiversity and eating disorders, it is important to identify causal factors, whether that’s negative thoughts or sensory challenges.

Individual Play Therapy

Using Play & Creative Arts when facing ongoing difficulties that impact children’s and family functioning.

Variety of referral needs accepted. Minimum 15 sessions

AUTPlay

An integrative family play therapy approach for addressing the needs of autistic children & their families. It combines the therapeutic powers of play therapy and relationship development approaches together in an integrative model to help children and adolescents with their presenting mental health needs.
